Please Read Before You Book

Room Escape Williamsburg is closed on Tuesdays.

Booking site shows availability for games 2 hours from now(except on Tuesdays when were closed), if you want to play sooner call for availability 757-229-1215.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing as missed game times are non-refundable.
The following items are not permitted in the game rooms: purses, bags, cameras, food, or drinks.
There are no refunds or cancellations; all sales are final.
Unless you book an entire room, you may be grouped with other players.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (not recommended for children under 12).
You are responsible for any damage; no excessive force is required to play our games.
Please refrain from drinking prior to attending our facility. Drunkenness will not be tolerated, and you will be denied entry with no refund.
We recommend paying online ahead of time. If you must pay on arrival, have exact change. We cannot make change.
People in wheelchairs or individuals who are colorblind can play any of our rooms with aid, but would have the easiest time in our Bank Heist room.
If you are injured, elderly, pregnant, or handicapped and would like a chair or water at any point during the game, please just ask.
